Note regarding financial need: Local Change scholarships include consideration of an applicant's financial need. While all may apply, please be aware that priority will go to students with the greatest financial need. Typically, applicants with a Student Aid Index (SAI) number of 20,000 or greater will not be selected.
Note regarding DACA students: We accept the Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA) in place of the FAFSA from students with DACA status.
Applicants will automatically be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible. Local Change awards the following scholarships:

| The Buffs4Life 2nd Gen Scholarship | $1,000 to $5,000 | Colorado high school seniors who are applying/accepted at any college or university and are the offspring of former athletic letter winners at the University of Colorado. |
| The Bennett Family Trade School Scholarship | $2,000 | Colorado high school seniors who are applying/accepted at an accredited trade school. |
| Popenhagen Community Service Scholarship | $5,000 | Thompson School District high school seniors who are applying/accepted at an accredited institution of higher education. |
| The Rinehart Family Scholarship | $5,000 | Colorado high school seniors who are applying/accepted at any college or university. |
| The Ronald Swarztrauber Scholarship | $5,000 | High school seniors graduating from Fairview High School who are applying for or have been accepted for admission to a college or university. Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. |
